| Question: |

When using Active Vision and going into full screen mode, the full screen mode would
disappear and go back to the ActiveVision basic window as soon as you picked up a pen
to do a mark-up annotation of the full screen. |
| Answer: |
|
In Applied Vision 2 (the current shipped version) the only way to prevent this from
happening is to capture the image (click on the camera icon), and then use that
picture by taking it to full screen (using the “clear screen” pull down under tools.)
The tools will work on that version if the board’s tools are active.
Applied Vision 3 is under development and the Beta version of it will be shipped with
Applied Vision 2 in the near future. Ken-A-Vision is working to have this
interactive board problem solved in Applied Vision 3. Hopefully this will solve your
problem, but be assured we are well aware of the problem and are looking to solve it
as soon as possible.
